Terms and Conditions of 55aabet — Please Read Carefully

Welcome to 55aabet. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the sports betting and online casino platform available at 55aabet.click, operated by 55aabet for users residing in Brazil. By registering, accessing, or using any part of the platform — whether via browser, Android or iOS app, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To create a 55aabet account and use Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and other products available on the platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid, active CPF registered with the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
• Not be listed in any self-exclusion programs for betting platforms in Brazil.
• Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of a 55aabet staff member.

Each user may maintain only one active account on 55aabet. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, email, IP address, device, or banking details is prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved, forfeiture of bonuses, and reversal of bets placed from duplicate accounts. 55aabet reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a copy of a government-issued ID (RG or CNH) and proof of address.

Account Use & User Responsibilities

Your 55aabet account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential, and for all activity carried out under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact 55aabet support immediately.

• Do not share your password or allow third parties to access your account.
• Do not use your account for fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any other illegal practice.
• Do not attempt to manipulate odds, exploit technical errors, or use automated software (bots) to place bets.
• Do not abuse bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts or any other prohibited methods.
• Keep your registration details (phone number, email, address) up to date on 55aabet at all times.

55aabet monitors activity on the platform to detect suspicious patterns or violations of these Terms. If fraud or irregular use is suspected, 55aabet may preventively suspend the account for investigation, block withdrawals, and request additional documentation before releasing any funds.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

55aabet accepts the most widely used payment methods in the Brazilian market. The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00. All deposits are processed in BRL and credited directly to your account balance in reais.

• Pix: instant deposit in under 1 minute. Withdrawals processed in up to 5 minutes to any Brazilian bank.
• Bank slip (Boleto): clearing period of up to 1 business day after payment.
• Credit or debit card: Visa and Mastercard, with immediate processing in most cases.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: transfers processed within 10 minutes.
• TED Transfer: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and all other Brazilian banks.

Withdrawals at 55aabet are made exclusively to the same payment method used for the deposit and to the account holder matching the CPF registered on the account. Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts are not permitted. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. 55aabet charges no withdrawal fees — the full amount is transferred directly to the user.

For withdrawals exceeding certain limits or in cases requiring a security check, 55aabet may request KYC documents before processing the transfer. Withdrawals for VIP Diamond Program members have a maximum processing time of 2 minutes with priority handling.

General Sports Betting Rules

Bets placed on 55aabet are final once the bet slip is confirmed. It is not possible to cancel or change a bet after confirmation, except where the cash out feature is available for that specific event. By confirming a bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time of confirmation, regardless of any subsequent changes.

• 55aabet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error (aberrant odds).
• Bets on cancelled events are fully refunded to the user's balance.
• In multiple (combo) bets, the cancellation of one selection does not void the entire ticket — the selection is removed and the odds are recalculated.
• Official results published by the event's governing body (CBF, UFC, etc.) are used to settle bets on 55aabet.
• 55aabet covers football events (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), MMA and UFC, e-sports, basketball (NBB), and more than 30 other sports.

In the event of a suspension, postponement, or cancellation of an event, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for each sport, available in the Help section of the platform. As a general rule, football matches that are postponed and not played within 48 hours of the original date will have bets refunded. Football matches that have started but were not completed within regulation time will have bets settled based on the official score recorded at the time of the stoppage, unless the specific market rules indicate otherwise.

Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Program

55aabet offers a welcome bonus, regular promotions, and a VIP Program with loyalty rewards. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, which are clearly presented before you accept anything. The general rules that apply to all 55aabet bonuses are:

• Bonuses are credited once the eligibility conditions described in each offer have been met.
• The welcome bonus is exclusive to new users' first deposit — one per CPF, email address, and device.
• Rollover requirements (bet multipliers) must be met before withdrawing any funds derived from bonuses.
• Bets placed on events with odds below 1.50 generally do not count toward bonus rollover requirements — please check the specific terms of each offer.
• 55aabet reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of abusive use, multiple accounts, or violation of these Terms.

The 55aabet VIP Program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond — with automatic weekly cashback ranging from 5% to 15% on net losses for the period. Cashback is credited automatically every Monday and can be withdrawn with no rollover requirements. Account Closure & Suspension

You may request voluntary closure of your 55aabet account at any time through our support team via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. Once the request is submitted, the account will be deactivated and any remaining balance will be returned via Pix to the CPF on file, provided there are no pending bet settlements or open investigations.

55aabet may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any item in these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or in verification documents.
• Use of multiple accounts with the same CPF or payment details.

• Use of bots, automated software, or exploitation of technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.

In the event of closure due to a violation, 55aabet reserves the right to forfeit bonus balances and reverse winnings obtained under irregular circumstances. Real-money deposit balances that have not been reversed may be returned at 55aabet's discretion following the conclusion of the internal investigation.

• Temporary service interruptions for scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Internet connection failures on the user's end.
• Force majeure events affecting the platform's technological infrastructure.
• Betting decisions made by the user based on incorrect external information.

55aabet is not responsible for the content of any third-party websites or services that may be referenced, nor for any financial losses resulting from bets placed — betting is a risk-based activity and outcomes depend on sporting events and chance, which are beyond the platform's control.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

55aabet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication of the updated version on the platform. Users will be notified of relevant changes by email or in-platform notification.

Continued use of 55aabet after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may close your account as described in Section 7.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil currently in force. Any dispute arising from the use of the 55aabet platform shall be submitted to the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
